During special periods (Black Friday, public holidays or Sales), delivery times may be longer than usual.
Exchanges and returns
Exchanges and returns are allowed within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date. All items must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging and tags.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty or defective).
To make an exchange, the product must first be returned. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used, and you can then place a new order. More information about refunds here.
For orders that paid shipping costs, the returned products will be refunded, but never the shipping costs already paid, as the service has already been provided.
Return by home pickup
A courier will collect the return at the address provided. More information here.
