3. Deliveries
The delivery period starts as soon as your order has been dispatched. The total time between purchase and receipt is made up of two phases:
- Order preparation: the time needed for your order to leave our warehouse.
- Delivery: the time needed for the carrier, GLS, to deliver your order to the home address you have provided. Delivery takes 5-7 working days from dispatch.
Together, these two periods determine the total time that elapses between your purchase and the arrival of your order at its destination.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next available working day.
Our aim is for every order to arrive as quickly as possible, with the guarantee and care that characterise every PACOMARTINEZ shipment.
Orders placed before 14:30 on working days leave our warehouse the same day and are shipped to the home address you have provided. During certain special periods, such as public holidays, Black Friday, sales or the festive season, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping costs: €6.95, free on orders from €60. Suitcases: €9.95, free on orders from €120.
You will receive an email from the carrier informing you of the delivery day. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the carrier will arrange a new delivery date with you.
